The Late Shri Damji Shamji Shah was an optimist in his business approach who gradually took a bold step into the vast realms of the construction industry.

Over the years he undertook projects for organizations like RBI, LIC, Air India,
Rallis India, etc. from 1965-1969. His constant efforts to provide homes even to
the common man were recognized by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai
and have named a chowk near his office as the "Damji Shamji Shah Chowk".Now the third generation of the Shah family has entered the family business of construction to raise their grandfather's name to new heights. All their residential projects are with the prefix of 'Mahavir' which is god's name in Jainism and their commercial projects which consists of malls and corporate offices have the prefix of 'Damji Shamji',after the name of the founder.

Established in 1962, Damji Shamji Shah Group was formed by its
visionary founder Shri. Damji Shamji Shah. Founded more than 45 years ago,
