- The UnDivided Share of land will be registered with full ownership to the buyer and the building construction cost can be availed through home loans or can be paid directly by the Buyer
- The buyers can avail home loans since it is CMDA/ Local body approved
- The Payment-Terms is made simple without any complications for the buyers
- Nahars commits itself to providing quality transparent services by putting the objectives and timelines of the work procedures against the payments made by the home buyers

- Following are our payment term for buyers availing Home-Loans or making self payment
- The interested buyers will have to pay Rs. 50,000 at the time of booking as initial advance and collect the documents for legal verification
- 7 days will be the timeline for confirmation of booking and payment of 10% of the total cost of the home
- Complete land cost should be paid within 20 days time from booking
- The buyers should be ready with necessary papers towards the processing of home loans even at the time of booking
- The balance amount of construction cost will have to be paid as mentioned below
- On completion of foundation 25%
- On completion of roof work 25%
- On completion of brick work 20%
- On completion of plastering 20%
- On completion of tiling/painting/wiring/plumbing 5%
- On handing over 5%
- The construction process schedule will not be disturbed except on request from the customer for alteration, only if it's mutually agreed
- Delay in payments from banks/ buyers will be charged with penal interest, if thought necessary
- The buyer shall inspect the property personally or through a representative to avoid any miscommunication, misrepresentation or wrong assumptions
- In case of NRI clients, the payments are preferred to be paid through their NRE/NRO Bank Accounts in India or through Bank Transfers
- Note: The basic rate is exclusive of Covered Car parking, Registration charges, EB & Water connection charges and Sales & Service Tax which will be extra at actuals.
